AJW Group has signed a long-term agreement with Airbus for the repair and maintenance of avionics and radome components, strengthening its global aftermarket support capabilities.
Under the agreement, Airbus will become AJW Group's privileged repair partner for these components, combining the manufacturer's OEM expertise and specialised product knowledge with AJW Group's worldwide aftermarket network.
The partnership is designed to provide airlines and operators with reliable component repair solutions, helping to minimise aircraft downtime and maintain operational availability.
It will also complement AJW Group's existing in-house MRO capabilities at AJW Technique, expanding the range of repair services available to customers.
Scott Symington, chief commercial officer at AJW Group, said: "Strengthening our relationship with Airbus is an important step for AJW and, more importantly, for the customers we support around the world.
"Having the right repair partnerships in place is vital to keeping their operations moving, and this agreement strengthens the support we can provide."
Yann Peyrot, head of commercial at Airbus, added: "This agreement builds on our relationship with AJW and brings together our respective strengths to deliver high-quality repair support to customers.
"By combining Airbus' OEM expertise and specialised product knowledge with AJW's global aftermarket capabilities, we can provide reliable support for these critical components and help keep aircraft flying."
The agreement builds on the companies' existing relationship and forms part of AJW Group's ongoing efforts to strengthen its component maintenance and repair offering across the global aviation aftermarket.
The news was announced during the MRO Europe 2026 event in Amsterdam.
