Embraer has secured new component support agreements with Austrian Airlines and Air Dolomiti, covering a combined fleet of 43 E-Jets operated by the two carriers.

Under separate Component Pool Program agreements, Embraer will provide support for Austrian Airlines' fleet of 13 E195 aircraft and Air Dolomiti's 30 E-Jets.

Both agreements cover more than 300 aircraft components and include advanced exchange, repair and overhaul services designed to improve fleet availability and reduce maintenance-related costs.

The arrangements will give the airlines access to Embraer's component inventory, repair capabilities and technical support network, helping to streamline maintenance operations and minimise aircraft downtime.

Carlos Naufel, president and chief executive of Embraer Services & Support, said the agreements would help both operators improve component management and maintain operational reliability.

"Our Pool Program is designed to simplify component management while helping operators maximize aircraft availability and reduce maintenance-related costs," he said, commenting on the Austrian Airlines agreement.

Speaking about the Air Dolomiti partnership, Naufel added that the programme would provide access to a comprehensive logistics and services structure, delivering predictable support as the airline expands its operations.

Air Dolomiti chief executive Steffen Harbarth welcomed the agreement as an important step in the carrier's growth plans.

"At a time of significant evolution for our airline, being able to rely on a longstanding, solid, and renowned partner like Embraer represents a valuable opportunity for us and an important step in our growth journey," he said.

Embraer's Component Pool Program is designed to reduce operators' inventory holding and warehousing requirements while providing access to replacement parts and repair services under guaranteed performance levels.

The programme forms part of Embraer Services & Support's wider aftermarket offering, which provides maintenance and component solutions for the manufacturer's global aircraft fleet.

The agreements were announced at the MRO Europe 2026 event in Amsterdam.
