Cathay enhances business travel, expanding JetLink’s ‘wing-to-wing’ transfer service

Cathay Pacific and the Hong Kong Business Aviation Centre (HKBAC), a business aviation hub at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), have announced the expansion of JetLink’s ‘wing-to-wing’ transfer service for passengers switching between Cathay’s First and Business Class services and private jet travel.

Cathay Pacific and the Hong Kong Business Aviation Centre (HKBAC), a business aviation hub at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), have announced the expansion of JetLink’s ‘wing-to-wing’ transfer service for passengers switching between Cathay’s First and Business Class services and private jet travel.

The service can reduce transfer time by up to one-third by streamlining customs and immigration procedures, cutting the process from 75 minutes down to approximately 45.

With the  JetLink transfer options, business executives flying from London to Hong Kong with Cathay Pacific can transfer directly to a private jet bound for Shanghai or Beijing upon arrival, avoiding unnecessary delays.

Similarly, foreign investors arriving in Hong Kong from the Middle East can step directly from a private aircraft to Cathay Pacific’s First Class cabin and head for Beijing, Tokyo or Paris, ensuring efficiency and discretion at every stage.
