MRO provider FL Technics has appointed Saulius Bajarunas as its new chief executive, effective September 1, 2026.

Bajarunas succeeds Zilvinas Lapinskas, who recently assumed the role of chief executive at Avia Solutions Group.

Having played a key role in FL Technics’ international expansion and operational growth over the past several years, Bajarunas will now lead the company’s global operations and strategic development.

With more than nine years of leadership experience in the aviation industry, Bajarunas has extensive expertise in aircraft maintenance operations, business development, operational excellence and managing international teams.

As chief executive, he will focus on strengthening FL Technics’ operational performance, supporting the company’s continued development and delivering long-term value for customers, partners and employees across its global organisation.
